Outside-In: How our passive ventilator circulates fresh air

Standard filter captures dust, and is removable for cleaning. Can be washed as often as you like. Also helps block outside noise, and allows maximum airflow. Filters ordinary dust particles exceeding 10 microns.

Drill through wall using a 4 inch hole saw. Insert wall tubing.

Separate caulk into two pieces so it can be placed around ventilator's exterior and interior tubes

Place caulk around ventilator's exterior and interior tubes.

Place and insert screws in passive ventilator cover plate

Place interior cover plate on wall, line up, insert screws. Repeat for exterior cover plate.

Place ventilator top over cover place and pop into place

Place top and pop into place.

Passive ventilator knob should be pulled forward to permit air flow

Pull knob to open push to close.
